Chapter 14 – Searching for the Small Shrine Part 2
After Mariel left, Wataru, Aire, and Cloche had lunch together.
Although this world is stimulating, one of Wataru’s complaints is that he can’t eat rice.
The bread is also dry and hard.
He thought yeast and baking powder should be distributed as soon as possible.
Judging by the reactions of Mariel, Aire, and Cloche, it probably wasn’t that bad, as there didn’t seem to be any major complaints.

“Another world!? W-wait a minute. Another world? Does that mean I’ve become a slave to someone from another world!?”
Cloche’s surprise was familiar to Wataru, who had seen a similar reaction before. He even felt a sense of nostalgia.
It’s hard to believe that only two months have passed since then.
“This isn’t magic? That’s ridiculous. It’s like we’re being tricked.”
“You’ll be amazed when you see the town where Master lives. You’ll be able to come with us, so look forward to it.”

Mariel isn’t here right now, so Wataru wants to find the location before they reunite.

They wandered around the town, following Cloche’s directions.
However, they still couldn’t find the shrine.
Cloche, who had seemed confident at first, began to look increasingly worried.
They were moving slowly and carefully checking their surroundings, which greatly affected their speed.
“This is strange… Why can’t we find it? I definitely felt something suspicious around here!”
“You were so confident just a moment ago. It’s laughable.”
“Onee-sama, this is no laughing matter! My keen senses are my pride and joy!”
“Well, I guess it can’t be helped.”
“What do you mean?”
Cloche responded heatedly to Aire’s remark.
She must have been very confident because she was losing her composure now that she couldn’t find it.
Wataru explained the shrine with the teleportation circle drawn on it.

Cloche looked dissatisfied at Aire’s words, but Wataru didn’t think anything of it.
After all, Aire was purchased as a slave for the purpose of bodyguard duty.

She wagged her tail happily after being patted on the head. Suddenly, Aire stood in front of Wataru.
